Join us for our 5th annual community showhome event - meet our builders, and celebrate our community with some wonderful family fun!

Spring has blossomed, and we're celebrating at Sunset Ridge’s upcoming spring showhome event in Cochrane!
Join us on Sunday, April 13th, 2025, from 1–4PM for showhome tours, sunshine, builder meet-and-greets, and cheerful family fun. Meet adorable alpacas, enjoy live entertainment, prize draws, and delicious treats from local food trucks—it’s the perfect way to celebrate the arrival of spring!

Event Activities:

  • Tour 2 Showhomes & meet the builders
  • Face painting & balloon art for the kids
  • Free tulip gardening kits for the kids
  • Meet fuzzy alpacas & snap spring selfies
  • Live DJ playing sunny spring tunes
  • Enter to win one of 2 gift baskets ($350 in value each)
