We're counting down to our upcoming showhome & community event in Sunset Ridge! This event is FREE to attend - you're invited!

Join us for our fourth annual community showhome event - meet our builders, and celebrate our community with some wonderful family fun!

As the spring season approaches, it’s the perfect time of year to shop for a new home. On Saturday, April 13th, tour several beautiful showhomes from this outstanding community, and celebrate the arrival of spring. Learn more about Cochrane's most striking community, meet builders, and attend our April community event.

 

Take a walk through our stunning showhome parade, meet the builders, enter to win prizes, and enjoy delicious food and refreshments courtesy of local food trucks. There will be a variety of entertainment for the whole family to enjoy, so come and visit our showhomes!
